Although the vapour from an electronic cigarette is harmless in normal use, NICOTINE IS A POISON and the cartridges contain enough to cause SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH IF SWALLOWED. Do not leave any cartridges or complete electronic cigarettes where they could be accessible to children or animals. Use only in accordance with the instructions.

PAYMENT

Goods will only be despatched on receipt of cleared payment.

Paypal: You can pay instantly through Paypal using most major debit or credit cards, even if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Paypal eCheques: These occur when a credit or debit card registered on your Paypal account expires, and can take 7-9 working days to clear.

Cheque/Postal order: We accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please make payable to Alex Brown and post to our registered office address. Clearly print your order and postal address on a separate sheet, attached to the cheque/postal order. Goods will be despatched as soon as the cheque clears (immediately in the case of postal orders).

BACS: We accept payment by Bank Transfer.

RETURNS

All Gamucci products are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding “disposable” items such as cartridges, the Continental and the cigar). If one of our products becomes faulty or defective within this time, we will happily replace it.

You must inform us as soon as an item is found to be faulty, so that we can despatch a replacement and arrange the return of the faulty item.

Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancellation of the sale contract within 7 working days, starting from the day after the item/s are received. You must inform us in writing (by letter or email) of your decision to cancel. All items must be returned at your own expense and should be complete and in good condition. Cartridge packs must be returned sealed, and the device must not have been used, due to health and hygiene considerations. A full refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We advise that when returning items, you use a tracked and insured service up to the value of the item/s.

PRICING

All prices shown include delivery within Great Britain, and VAT where applicable.

DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE on all items within the UK mainland. Please contact us for details of postal rates to other countries by using our contact form.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be received in full before any goods are despatched. All goods remain the property of Safersmoking.co.uk until full cleared payment is received.

Our payments provider is Paypal. They use the highest possible level of security and encryption to ensure the safety of your sensitive financial and personal information.
